Start your day off right with our breakfast burritos – the perfect combination of taste and convenience!


  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large wheat flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • Optional fillings: diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, salsa, cooked bacon or sausage


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper and whisk until combined.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  5. To assemble the burritos, divide the scrambled eggs among the tortillas, leaving about 1 inch of space at the bottom.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs and add any optional fillings you like.
  7. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to form a burrito.
  8. Serve immediately with additional salsa or hot sauce if desired.
